Expansion and Improvement of Small and Medium Projects


General Objectives:

• Provide the participants with the basic concepts and skills which enable them to evaluate projects' status, determine weaknesses and overcome them, upgrade administrative skills level of those who work in these projects and enhance their efficiency which contribute to improving projects performance.

• Facing economic and local crises
